Nikki is very good at her job. She was our day-of coordinator and was easily accessible through text and email during the months leading up to the wedding. She was the liaison between myself and the vendors which was extremely helpful because I only had to text Nikki if I needed to communicate anything to them. She organized all the vendor contracts and documents and was available for phone calls or meetings whenever I asked for them. She took care of all the reception set-up using the instructions I provided her. The wedding day went seamlessly for us and she never bothered us about anything so if something had gone wrong we had no clue and just enjoyed our day. She even had a sewing kit on hand when my husband ripped his pants! I would absolutely recommend Nikki because of her professionalism and kindness. She was so easy to work with.

I cannot imagine going through the last few months of wedding planning without Nikki. She was the biggest help and sigh of relief I needed during a very stressful time. Nikki calmed my nerves as we quickly approached our wedding date and was so organized and prompt when scheduling our meetings and putting together our wedding weekend timeline. Our planning sessions were always very productive, detailed, and fun! Nikki always greeted my family and me with a smile and positive, uplifting attitude despite wedding planning during a pandemic. Taking over vendor communication and timeline responsibility was the biggest help and she was very thorough with each and every vendor. Despite the distance, Nikki made sure to be present during our rehearsal dinner and conducted our rehearsal and swiftly guided our wedding party to their spots. My husband, family and bridal party were very impressed with her attention to detail and organization. On the big day, Nikki made my dream wedding come true. The venue and ceremony areas were all set up and I was never bothered with any questions or issues. When I finally got a chance to see everything, I was completely floored. I got so many compliments about how well the timeline flowed and how lovely the decor was for our ceremony and venue. It couldn't have been done without Nikki. She went above and beyond and I cannot recommend her enough. If you need someone to make your dream wedding come true, Nikki is your gal!

As my sister and maid of honor, Nikki continuously blows me away with her ability to simultaneously maintain professionalism and cultivate FUN. From our very first meeting, her extensive experience and patience made my husband and me feel so at ease. She kept us grounded by encouraging us throughout to enjoy not just the wedding itself, but also the process leading up to it. And we were indeed able to enjoy the process because she was there every step of the way, from helping us develop our vision for the wedding to keeping us on track during the planning process and creating our wedding day timeline to pass on to the day-of coordinator. I cannot imagine what I would have done without her expertise and enthusiasm. It was such a special experience to have her plan our wedding and stand by my side on one of the happiest days of my life!

We were very fortunate to have Nikki as our day of coordinator. She was very flexible, accommodating, and very understanding of the stresses of wedding planning and of getting married. She was great at working with our very specific plans and designs and carried them out on the wedding day without a hitch. It was especially great to have her be there for our wedding rehearsal as it allowed us to embrace the joining of families and friends without worrying about the actual process and rehearsal. Our favorite part of working with Nikki is her absolute optimism, upbeat and friendly attitude while remaining professional and organized. My favorite part about working with Nikki is that she is super easy to work with and proactively asks good questions to figure out everything that she will need to know to make your wedding day seamless, and I didn't have to worry about one thing on our wedding day! The only concern was that our wedding was in a location that Nikki had not seen in person, but on the day of she easily navigated everything and was really quick to work with the venue to ensure she knew where things were located. Nikki's got you covered! She is amazing at what she does, and you want someone like her who is organized, on top of things, and can smoothly work with people to make sure that your wedding day is on schedule and perfect. I highly recommend Nikki for any wedding whether local or destination.
